How It WOrks

  • Our standard 7-day event hire is $350 and includes:

    + Guaranteed choice of phone colour
    + Personalised greeting preloaded
    + Acrylic instructional signage
    + Delivery and return shipping Australia-wide
    + Personalised voice message gallery in 48 hours!

    If you’re feeling extra you can get your messages on a Custom Vinyl Record or USB Box Keepsake.

    We guarantee delivery at least 3 days prior to your event date and you return 3 days following your event using the prepaid satchel. If you need it for longer, contact us and we can organise an extended hire.

  • As soon as you book we’ll send you a link to our online recording portal. You simply record using any device and we load it into your Off The Hook Audio Guest Book prior to dispatch.

    You have up until 10 days prior to your wedding date to record and submit your personalised greeting. We will remind you to submit your greeting as your big day gets closer.

    If you don’t submit a greeting or wish not to record one, we will load a generic one on your behalf. And if you’re not sure what to say, you’ll find plenty of examples and inspiration in the recording portal!

  • Absolutely not! There are no ugly cords or power banks cramping the styling you spent hours perfecting.

    Off The Hook Audio Guest Book’s are powered by internal rechargeable batteries. Your phone will be delivered fully charged with 50+ hours of battery life.

    We know peace of mind is important so we also provide a USB charging cable. It only takes 5 hours to charge from 0 to 100 percent.

  • Take it out of the box and press the ON button - yes it’s that easy!

    There is no ugly power bank or cords to contend with.

    Your Off The Hook will be delivered fully charged and preloaded with your personalised greeting. With only one button to press, no matter who is doing your set-up (friend, family member or venue staff) they won’t have any issue. It’s so simple your grandma could do it!

    You’ll still receive physical and digital set-up instructions and we are available for phone support 7 days a week.

  • Your hire includes premium acrylic instructional signage that prompts your guests to pick up the phone and leave a message.

    Once your guests pick up the phone they will hear your personalised greeting further prompting them to leave their message.

  • The included acrylic instructional signage prompts your guests to leave a message. You can check it out by going to the Book Now page and looking at the images included with each phone.

    The signage is event dependent. For example, if you book for a birthday the sign will say ‘Leave me a message’ compared to a wedding ‘Leave us a message’. Because that just makes sense!

  • Our upgraded microphones are made to focus on picking up voice spoken directly into them. We also process the audio to ensure every message is crisp and clear. Any background noise will be very much in the background even if your standing in front of the DJ.

    You don’t need to worry about putting your Off The Hook in a quiet corner (unless you want to), in fact we encourage you to take it to the dance floor to capture the life of your party!

Voice MESSAGE Gallery

  • You’ll receive a link to your private online voice message gallery. Your voice message gallery will contain every message left by your loved ones as individual files in both audio-only (mp3) & audio-image (mp4) formats.

    You’ll get the chance to personalise the image of your audio-images (mp4) prior to receiving your gallery. Giving you a beautiful digital keepsake you can download, listen and share!

  • Once your phone has returned to HQ, you will receive your gallery within 48 hours of sending us the image to personalise your audio-image (mp4s) files. Perfect for honeymoon or recovery listening!

  • Technically yes. Practically no.
    You have 100+ hours worth of recording memory. If every voice message was 2 minutes long you could record 3,000 voice messages.

  • You sure will. We include all your recorded voice messages in your online gallery.

  • Once we receive your Off The Hook back at HQ we will prompt you to provide the customisation details to personalise the audio-images (mp4s) of your voice message gallery.

Delivery & Return

  • Via express courier to the delivery address you provided when booking.
    Your Off The Hook will be delivered at least 3 days prior to your event date fully charged and pre-loaded with your personalised greeting.

  • Nothing! From Sydney to Perth, Melbourne to Brisbane, city or rural, wherever you are in Australia express delivery and return shipping is on us.

  • To give you plenty of time to relax we guarantee delivery at least 3 days prior to your event date. We take into consideration public holidays, weekends and busy periods so you don’t have to!

    We dispatch via express service 7-10 days (location dependent) prior to your event so in most cases it will arrive even earlier.

  • Simply place your Off The Hook Audio Guest Book in the pre-paid return satchel provided and drop at your nearest post office.

    You’ve got the 3 days following your event to make the return so you have plenty of time to relax!

  • Absolutely you can!
    Delivery and return shipping Australia-wide is included in your hire.

  • You can but we ask that you get approval from them first to ensure they will accept it when the time comes.

Booking

  • You can book online if your event is in 10 days or more. If it is within 10 days, Contact Us and we will see what magic we can make happen.

    If you have your eye on a particular colour, we encourage you to book early as we often book out. You can always cancel or change your booking if needed.

  • You can change your booking date or chosen style of Off The Hook Audio Guest Book up to 11 days prior to your event date for no charge, subject to availability.

    You can cancel your booking 31 days or more prior to your event date and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 31 to 11 days prior to your event date you will receive a 50% refund.

    Cancelation or booking changes are not possible within 10 days of your wedding date as the dispatch process for your order will have begun. No refund or credit can be issued in this instance.

    If you need your audio guest book for longer than the 7-day standard hire period, contact us and we will sort out a quote.
