Once your guests pick up the phone they will hear your personalised greeting further prompting them to leave their message.

Your Off The Hook will be delivered at least 3 days prior to your wedding date fully charged and pre-loaded with your personalised greeting.
After your wedding, you (or a friend or family) will simply place your Off The Hook in the prepaid return satchel provided and drop at your nearest post office.
You’ve got 3 days after your wedding to make the return.

As soon as you book we’ll send you a link to our online recording portal. You simply record using any device and we load it into your Off The Hook Audio Guest Book prior to dispatch.
You have up until 10 days prior to your wedding date to record and submit your personalised greeting. We will remind you to submit your greeting as your big day gets closer.
If you don’t submit a greeting or wish not to record one, we will load a generic one on your behalf. And if you’re not sure what to say, you’ll find plenty of examples and inspiration in the recording portal!

We know peace of mind is important so we also provide a USB charging cable. It only takes 5 hours to charge from 0 to 100 percent.
